Contacted by a Miami Real Estate Fraud Lawyer
As a real estate broker, I have often encountered victims of fraud. Fortunately, none of these clients have been involved with my firm when the fraud occurred. They came to me after the fact to attempt to buy new property. Today I was called by a Miami real estate fraud lawyer to discuss a client of my boss. Apparently they believe my boss may have been involved in defrauding a client. This surprises me to an extent, but not as much as it would have a year ago. From things he has said and done, I believe he is having financial difficulties. He may have done this to help his money situation.
